| Prof. Jianhai ZhangJilin University, China Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of CNC Equipment Reliability, Ministry of Education; Executive Deputy Director of the Jilin Provincial International Joint Research Center for Material Service Performance; Standing Director of the Jilin Provincial Society of Mechanical Engineering Jianhai Zhang, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1986 in Qingzhou, Shandong Province. He started his career in July 2015 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is a professor at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Jilin University. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of CNC Equipment Reliability, Ministry of Education, Executive Deputy Director of the Jilin Provincial International Joint Research Center for Material Service Performance, and Standing Director of the Jilin Provincial Society of Mechanical Engineering, where he also leads the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) branch. He received his Ph.D. from Sungkyunkwan University (ranked among the top 100 globally), under the supervision of Prof. Sung-Jin Song (a distinguished NDT expert and member of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology) and Prof. Chuang-so Seok (a member of the Korean Academy of Engineering). During his doctoral studies, he was awarded the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad in 2013. He has led 12 research projects, including those under the National Key R&D Program, pre-research programs, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Young Scientist Fund). He has published 58 SCI-indexed papers in high-impact journals such as Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing and Nano Energy. He has led or participated in the development of 2 standards/specifications and has filed over 40 invention patents. His research outcomes have been applied in the non-destructive testing and monitoring of critical components across various fields, enhancing the intelligent inspection and monitoring capabilities of high-end equipment in China and supporting applications in aerospace, weapon systems, and rail transit. His achievements have been recognized with the First Prize of the National College Teachers’ Self-Made Experimental Teaching Instruments Competition, a Roadshow Bronze Award, and the "Domestic Good Instruments" Award. He has guided students to over 40 awards in competitions, including the Second Prize of the "Challenge Cup" National Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Competition and the First Prize of the National Mechanical Innovation Design Competition. His graduate students have received 17 scholarships, and he has secured funding from the first Central Committee Youth League "Chuangqingchun" Project (Climbing Plan), the only project from a Jilin provincial university to receive such support. |
| Prof. Hui LiNortheastern University, China Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Vibration and Control of Aero-Power Equipment (Category B) of the Ministry of Education, Member of the Professional Committee on Vibration and Noise Control of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering Professor Li Hui is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Northeastern University, specializing in research on structural dynamics and control of advanced composite materials for aerospace applications, electromagnetic launch dynamics, and bird strike impact dynamics. He has led over 30 projects, including key projects at Taihang Laboratory, major special sub-projects of the "Aero-engine and Gas Turbine" National Major Project, General Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Aviation Science Fund projects, and pre-research projects of the PLA General Armament Department. He has published more than 110 SCI papers, 40 EI papers, authored 2 academic monographs, and been granted over 70 invention patents, of which 14 have been commercialized. Currently, he serves as Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Vibration and Control of Aero-Power Equipment (Ministry of Education, Class B) at Northeastern University, as a member of the Vibration and Noise Control Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, and as an editorial board member of the Journal of Naval Aviation University and AppliedMath. He has received the First Prize and Second Prize of Technological Invention Award of Liaoning Province, the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Invention Award of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, the Second Prize of Technological Invention Award of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials, and the First Prize of Natural Science Academic Achievement Award of Liaoning Province. He was also selected for the "China-Korea Young Scientist Exchange Program" and recognized as a "Leading Talent of Shenyang". |
![]() | Prof. Yan LiJilin Jianzhu University, China Associate Dean of the School of Civil Engineering Prof. Yan Li currently serves as a board member of the Architectural Structure Branch of Jilin Provincial Civil Engineering Society, a board member of Jilin Provincial Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, an expert in engineering construction standardization of Jilin Province, a bid evaluation expert for construction projects in Jilin Province, a science and technology expert of Changchun City, and the Director of the Engineering Structure Crack Diagnosis and Treatment Institute. She has been honored with the titles "New Century Excellent Talent" in Science and Technology by Jilin Provincial Universities and "Chunmiao Talents" in Science and Technology by Jilin Provincial Universities. Her research focuses on building safety diagnosis, prevention and control of concrete structural cracks, application of new composite fiber materials, and new building energy conservation systems. As project principal investigator, she has completed one project from the Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology and three projects from the Jilin Provincial Department of Education, and is currently leading one international science and technology cooperation project from the Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology. As a major participant, she has contributed to one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one National Science and Technology Support Program project, and over ten provincial/ministerial-level research projects.As the principal investigator, she won the Third Prize of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017 and 2015; the Second Prize of Jilin Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award in 2015 and 2014; and the Third Prize of Jilin Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award in 2012 and 2011. In 2012, she received the Second Prize of Jilin Provincial University Science and Technology Excellent Achievement Award. |

Prof. Zhengxian Liu Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China Associate Professor Zhengxian Liu, School of Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Doctoral/Master’s Supervisor, Qihang Scholar, selected for the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program (BX Program).
